- Check what the Flight defects are is for, in the manual of 
   the old logger

- Right click menus to some lists:
   - list of flights: saving
   - checklist elements: moving, deleting

- Perhaps update the fuel level on the fuel page while flying?

- The PIREP constructor should get the flight object as its argument
   and not the GUI. Thus flight should expose other data as well, but
   not the GUI!

- Display the names of arrival airports when saying farewell at the
   end of the flight.

- A lamp-like icon for the connection status,
