Use FSUIPC offset 0x2000 for N1

Description

The values starting at offset 0x2000 seems to work with both jets and turboprops, whereas the values starting at 0x0898 do not work for the Dash-8.

Works for both the PMDG 737NG and the Dash-8, so probably for others as well.
