Handle reconnection

Description
If the connection to the simulator fails, we should try to reconnect only at most a certain number of times. If we fail, the user should be presented a dialog instructing him/her to restart the simulator, reload, etc. and press the Reconnect button when ready. A Cancel button should be present too, to cancel the reconnection and thus the whole flight.
