Allow controlling the message types

Description

For each message it should be possible to select if those messages should be displayed in the FS and/or a chime sound should be played.

The current message types are the following:

  • Logger error messages
  • Information message (e.g. flight stage)
  • Fault messages
  • NOGO Fault messages
  • Gate system message (free gates, etc.)
  • Environment message (e.g. welcome to ... airport)
  • Help messages (don't forget to set ...)
  • Visibility messages
