Description
On Data Monitor I see ANTICOLLISION to disable and STROBE to enable when I switch from RED to WHITE A/COL

I have just made a test with both X-Plane 11 and 12, and both worked. I suspect that for some reason in your case the logger does not detect the model properly.
Could you send me a log and a debug log? The easiest way is to report another bug from the logger (Tools/Report bug), when you are already on the takeoff page.
