Warning if the departure and/or arrival time differs from the schedule — at Version 2

If the departure and/or arrival time differs from the schedule by more than 15 minutes, a warning in red should be displayed on the flight end page about this and sending (and auto-saving) of the PIREP should not be allowed until either at least one delay-code is selected or some comment is entered.
If the difference is between 5-15 minutes, the warning text should be displayed in yellow.
