Description
Also, a checker might be implemented for it that deducts some points of the transponder is on or off certain stages.
The current proposal is: it should be ON from and during TAKEOFF to LANDING, do not care during TAXI IN or OUT, and OFF otherwise.

It seems to work at the standard offset 0x7b91, as described for both the PMDG 737NG and the Dash-8 Q400.
