Implement the framework for the flight "wizard"

Description
The various data set for the flight should be presented in wizard-like manner. Like in the previous logger, but with real forward/backward buttons. Some of the transitions should be enabled only in the correct state of the flight, but it should always be possible to go backwards and at least see data already entered.
