Handle go-arounds differently

Description

It would be good to be more strict when to detect go-around. Currently, only the gear up condition is checked during the landing phase, but it should be extended to check also for the AGL being <= 1000' or for a positive rate of climb for 5 seconds.

Based on an e-mail on Nov 10 by Dani, this is not yet needed, the issue was a theoretical one. Waiting for more test results.
