Add check for the amount of landing fuel

Description

Some minimum values have been determined for the amount of landing fuel. The logger should check them and grade the flight NO-GO if the amount of fuel is less than the ones specified below for each type:

  • 737 Classic: 3500 kg
  • DH8: 2000 kg
  • Tu-154: 5000 kg (recommended: 6500 kg)
  • Fokker: 1900 kg
  • 737 NG: 2500 kg (recommended: 3500 kg)
  • Tu-134: 3000 kg
  • CRJ: 1000 kg
  • 767/200: 9000 kg

Besides checking these values, a warning should be displayed in the heading of the fuel page in the flight wizard about the required amount.
