PIREP proc. in case of irregularities

• Removal of text box "hibajelenségek"
• Implementation of a feature, active only in case of flagged flight irregularities.

When Logger X detects a flagged error, opens a text line with the title of the error. Pilots should not be able to send in PIREP's until giving written report on the irregularity. In case of multiple errors, multiple rows to be opened.
