Description

Implementation a new NO GO feature: Tail Strike
Goal: Automated NO GO message and send in ban in case of tail strike during take-off or landing. Values given for take-off and landing. Values differ as in case of landing due to the depressed gear hyd cylinder.

Made the rating field wider so that the 'TO TAILSTRIKE NO GO' message would fit into it (re #250)
