Allow controlling the message types

Description
For each message it should be possible to select if those messages should be displayed in the FS and/or a chime sound should be played.
The current message types are the following:
- Logger error messages
- Information message (e.g. flight stage)
- Fault messages
- NOGO Fault messages
- Gate system message (free gates, etc.)
- Environment message (e.g. welcome to ... airport)
- Help messages (don't forget to set ...)
- Visibility messages
