Help strings should be greyed out or changed when a wizard page is left

Description
In some cases greying out is sufficient, but in certain case the text should be changed, or only partially greyed out. For example, the METARs on the briefing pages should possibly remain editable and the help text should indicate this after finalizing the page (and before it as well).
