QNH setting should be logged with its original time and altitude

Description
QNH setting is logged when 10 seconds elapsed after the first change.
However, it should be changed as follows: the change should be logged 10 seconds after the first change or 5 seconds after the last one, whichever comes first. The time and the altitude for the last change should be noted, and logged.
