Thrust setting for Tupolevs

When flying the Tu-134 and -154, the pilot can select either nominal or takeoff thrust setting and nothing else.

So the label should be "Thrust setting"/"Üzemmód", and there should be two options: "Nominal" and "Takeoff".

The chosen value should be logged as "Thrust setting calculated by the pilot: ..."
