Change the way the SID, the STAR and the transition is input

Description
Currently, a checkbox is present next to the STAR and transition entries which must be checked if one wants to enter a STAR, a transition or both. It should be changed so that the checkbox is removed, and the text entry fields are replaced with combo boxes with the fixed entries: "N/A" and "VECTORS". The user should be able to enter free text as well, of course. The user should be able to proceed only if something other that N/A is present in at least one of these fields.
Similarly for SIDs, the combo box should offer VECTORS.
